1. Safety First

The World Got Talent Book of Records does not recognize or monitor any record attempt that poses a danger to participants or spectators. Ensuring safety is an absolute priority.

2. Animals/Birds Welfare

We strictly prohibit records that may cause harm or distress to animals and birds. This includes:

• Forcing animals and birds into endurance or stunt-based activities;
• Using physical cues or prompts from handlers/trainers.

Animals/Birds involvement must be natural, voluntary, and stress-free.

3. Eating Challenges

Only eating records that are safe and involve small quantities consumed quickly will be considered.

• Acceptable: Fastest time to eat three cream crackers;
• Not Acceptable: Records involving excessive or hazardous food intake.

4. Food Waste Prevention

When records involve food, the following criteria must be met:

• Compliance with local food safety and hygiene standards;
• A pre-approved plan for donating or responsibly distributing all leftover food.

5. Substance Restrictions

Records involving the following are strictly prohibited:

• Alcohol consumption;
• Banned or performance-enhancing substances;
• Dangerous energy drinks or drug use;
• Drinking contests of any kind.

6. Legal Compliance

All records must comply with local, national, and international laws. Any illegal activity automatically disqualifies the attempt.

7. Minors (Under 18)

• Minors must present written parental or guardian consent to participate;
• Repetitive or strenuous physical activities over long periods are not permitted for minors;
• Some record categories may be deemed unsuitable for participants under 18.

8. Invasive Medical Practices

The World Got Talent Book of Records does not recognize records involving:

• Skin piercing;
• Internal medical procedures;
• Any physical testing that causes discomfort.

9. Environmental Responsibility

We do not support records that lead to:
